Video: UFC Embedded Vlog Series – Episode 3 & 4
The UFC’s Embedded vlog series started on Sunday to give fans a behind-the-scenes view of what it’s like for the fighters and the promotions head Dana White leading up to UFC 173 on Saturday.
Yesterday, we uploaded episode two which showed co-headliners Daniel Cormier and Dan Henderson spending some time with their family before having to travel to Los Angeles for a media tour. The episode also saw the UFC’s president being awarded the Sports Visionary award.
The UFC have uploaded two more vlogs since then which we will take a look at today. Episode three shows the co-main event stars finishing their media duties in L.A before heading to Las Vegas. The episode also sees White watching the first fights for The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America before heading down to play cards in the casino.
The fourth episode of the seven part series shows “Hendo” and Cormier arrive in “Sin City” as well as a number of other starts competing this weekend. Henderson tries to help D.C with his weight cut by sending him a couple of boxes of Popeye’s chicken.
UFC 173 takes place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, this Saturday night. The main event features a bantamweight title fight between the champion Renan Barão and T.J Dillashaw. The main card will take place on pay-per-view following the preliminary fights on Fox Sports 1 and Fight Pass.
