UFC on FOX 12: Dennis Bermudez vs. Clay Guida Fight Video Highlights
Last night (Sat., July 26, 2014) rising No. 12-ranked featherweight Dennis “The Menace” picked up what ranks as his biggest win by defeating longtime veteran Clay Guida with an impressive second round submission on the main card of UFC on FOX 12 from SAP Center in San Jose, California.
Bermudez picked apart “The Carpenter” with a bevy of accurate power shots, stopping his patented movement with a stifling offense before taking the fight to the ground and ending it with a rear naked choke.
It was a dominant performance that has Bermudez knocking on the door of title contention in one of the most talented divisions in MMA. The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 14 finalist will most likely need one or two more top flight wins to get his shot at gold, but the future is bright for “The Menace.”
