UFC Fight Night 49 Super Slo-Mo Highlights

UFC Fight Night 49 went down this past Saturday (August 23 2014), and rounded off a busy week for the promotion, with an exciting card in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The headlining bout saw former champion Benson Henderson upset with a huge KO from Rafael dos Anjos in the very first round. The win will likely mean a huge fight for RDA next time out.

There was some talk of an early stoppage in the moments after the bout was done, but both Henderson and dos Anjos have said in the time since that it was a solid stoppage. Jordan Mein had a savage stoppage of his own, knocking out the veteran Mike Pyle in just over one minute. Also featured was a starching of Francis Carmont by a brand new looking Thales Leites in round two.
