UFC Fight Night 26 Press Conference Video From Boston
UFC Fight Night 26 from the TD Garden in Boston is fast approaching, and on paper, the card appears to be one of the best events so far this year. The main event will feature an anticpated Light Heavyweight showdown between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Chael Sonnen, but the action doesn’t stop there.
Two massively powerful Heavyweights clash in the co-main event when Alistair Overeem and Travis Browne jockey for position near the top of the 265 lb. arena. Urijah Faber will also face a quietly dangerous opponent in Iuri Alcantara, and Matt Brown will square off against Mike Pyle in a battle of Welterweights with momentum. Joe Lauzon will also be on the card against Michael Johnson.
Many of the main card fighters were on hand today to address a wide litany of topics heading into the event. Irish-born Conor McGregor continues his hype train in the Irish haven of Boston, and Dana White appears to clear up the FOX Sports 1 cable TV deal issue, among many other things.
