Knockout of the Night:
Cub Swanson was awarded Knockout of the Night for his second-round knockout of TUF 9 winner, Ross Pearson. Although it looked like Pearson was getting the better of him and soaking up his high-flying capoiera kicks. Swanson caught Pearson with a left hook followed by a rapid succession of shots that sent his opponent careening into the canvas. As Swanson dove in for a ground and pound attack to finish him off, he was intercepted by the referee at 4:14.

Swanson said, post-fight: “I was hitting him with a lot of shots and he didn’t show he was getting hurt at all. I’m real good at that exiting left hook. I saw him go for a knee or something and he dropped both of his hands. I was circling that way and just caught him on the button.”
