The attendance, gate and post-fight bonuses have been announced for tonight’s UFC on FX 3 from the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida. The event drew a reported attendance figure of 6,635 and a live gate of $329,110. Bonuses were awarded for Submission of the Night, Fight of the Night and Knockout of the Night; all of which went to fighters on the main card, excluding the headliner. Ian “Uncle Creepy” McCall is set to take on Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson this Friday night for another semi-final fight in the UFC’s flyweight tournament. Their original March fight was mired in controversy as a judge miscalculated and ruled the fight in Johnson’s favor. It should have gone to a sudden victory round. The two fighters are going to throw-down to see which one will face Joseph “Beefcake” Benavidez for the inaugural UFC flyweight championship.

UFC on FX 3, which is headlined by the flyweight tournament rematch between Demetrious Johnson and Ian McCall, and the welterweight bout between Charlie Brenneman and Erick Silva,  airs live on FX from the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT. News broke today that Brock Lesnar indeed may return to the UFC after showing his face ringside at UFC 146. The much-discussed former UFC champion recently made another foray into the world of WWE after suffering a TKO loss to Alistair Overeem at UFC 141. Many thought that Lesnar was indeed finished with MMA, as diverticulitis and two vicious knockouts in a row began to take their toll. However, today it appears that is not the case.
Soon after UFC 146, rumors swirled about Dana White meeting with Lesnar.

Earlier this week UFC Interim champion Carlos Condit came out and said that if Georges St. Pierre is not ready to fight in November, he would fight surging contender Martin Kampmann instead. The news apparently does not sit well with fellow Welterweight Johny Hendricks, who feels he is the rightful number-one contender to Condit’s belt. Coming off a decision win over Josh Koscheck and a one-punch knockout of Jon Fitch, Hendricks had the following to say:
