It was revealed earlier today that Alistair Overeem’s failed pre-UFC 146 drug screen revealed his Testosterone/Epitestosterone levels to be at a ratio of 14:1, whereas a normal man would possess a ratio of 1:1. These results were stated by Keith Kizer, commissioner of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Kizer revealed earlier this week that Overeem’s levels were higher than 10:1, and that any levels shown to be above 6:1 are considered a violation.

Today, news broke that former Abu Dhabi Combat Club winner and UFC combatant Jon Olav Einemo retired from active competition in Mixed Martial Arts. Einemo, best known for his high-level submission skills, made this somewhat surprising decision after being cut by the UFC.
An ADCC champion in 2003, he was noted for defeating the famed Roger Gracie in grappling. It seemed that, for a moment in 2011, Einemo would have a shot at five against popular fighter Shane Carwin at UFC 131.It was not in the
