UFC London Betting Preview
The UFC returns to Britain for the first time in more than three years this weekend. A heavyweight fight between Tom Aspinall and Alexander Volkov will headline the UFC London event set to take place at the O2 Arena on Saturday evening.
In the co-main event, Arnold Allen gets a well-deserved showcase spot against Dan Hooker, who is competing at featherweight for the first time since 2016.
UFC London is jam-packed with British talent with the likes of Paddy Pimblett, Molly McCann, Jack Shore, Paul Craig, Mike Grundy, Cory McKenna, Muhammad Mokaev and Jai Herbert set to appear on the eagerly anticipated card.

Tom Aspinall vs. Alexander Volkov
Some may say this fight has come a little bit early for Tom Aspinall, but we truly believe he is the future of the heavyweight division.
Just four fights into his UFC career, Aspinall has already shown himself to be a well-rounded MMA fighter capable of getting it done on the feet or on the mat.
The Team Kaobon product is the 1.72 favourite with Betway but he won’t have things easy against the experience 2.10 underdog Alexander Volkov.
A long-time heavyweight standout, Volkov will consider this a step down in opposition as he’s been mixing it with the heavyweight elite for some time now.
The Russian has crisp striking and a good chin but in our opinion, he’s not powerful enough to put Aspinall away and that’s what he’ll need to do to beat the multi-talented Englishman.
Arnold Allen vs. Dan Hooker
An eight-fight win UFC win streak is usually enough to secure a title fight but Arnold Allen has struggled to earn the respect and the fights he deserves until now.
The 28-year-old is the co-main event of a card in his home country against an opponent with a high-profile in Dan Hooker.
It’s a pick-em fight with the bookmakers who have Allen as the slight 1.83 favourite over Hooker who is priced at 1.95.
For us, these odds are slightly off and typical of the type of disrespect Allen has dealt with throughout his UFC run.
We won’t complain too much though and will take advantage of these odds by adding Allen to our parlay.
Paddy Pimblett vs. Kazula Vargas
Paddy Pimblett is one of the biggest favourite at UFC London.
After an impressive UFC debut, he has quickly become one of the most exciting young talents on the roster and seems to be getting a push from the MMA leader.
‘The Baddy’ enters UFC London the 1.20 favourite over Kazula Vargas who has just one win from his first three UFC fights and is rightfully a significant 4.50 underdog in this one.
We’re expecting Pimblett to make quick work of Vargas who will have no answers for the Liverpudlians grappling ability.
Molly McCann vs. Luana Carolina
Pimblett’s Next Generation teammate, Molly McCann, was on the verge of being cut from the promotion before impressing in her last fight, a unanimous decision win over Ji Yeon Kim.
This is a tough fight to call and that’s reflected in the odds. ‘Meatball’ is the slight 1.72 favourite over Luana Carolina, who’s priced at 2.10.
We’ll be backing McCann who will surely be at her best in front of a native crowd that’ll be roaring her on.
