UFC Fight Night 69 Q & A With Alexander Gustafsson

Ahead of this weekend’s (Saturday June 20th, 2015) UFC Fight Night 69 card in Berlin, the promotion will be hosting a Q & A session with some of the sports most well known names. Head of that list is former and future title challenger in the UFC light-heavyweight division Alexander Gustafsson. ‘The Mauler’ was confirmed as the first challenger to Daniel Cormier‘s title earlier this month, much to the dislike of Ryan Bader and co.

The Swedish superstar was knocked out by Anthony Johnson earlier this year, in a win that earned ‘Rumble’ his own unsuccessful title fight at UFC 187. Gustafsson will be joined in the Q & A session by living UFC legend Forrest Griffin. ‘Fo-Grif’ is now retired, after a punishing career spanning back years, and his most notable moment was an Ultimate Fighter 1 finale slugfest against Stephen Bonnar. The fight was credited by many as helping pave the way for modern mixed martial arts.

Heavyweight contender Stipe Miocic will discuss his brutal win over MMA legend Mark Hunt, and also his lofty position in the heavyweight title picture right now. Feisty women’s strawweight contender and Ultimate Fighter veteran Rose Namajunas will also be present at the fan session.
