UFC Fight Night 52 is set to go down this weekend (Saturday Sept. 20th) and is headlined by a heavyweight clash between two touted knockout artists. The Ultimate Fighter 10 winner Roy Nelson will look to continue his recent form, having just knocked out MMA legend Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at UFC Fight Night 39. He faces Mark Hunt, who last competed in December 2013 against Antonio Silva.
“The Super Samoan” fought to a draw with “Bigfoot” in a fight of the year winning slug fest. It seemed an obvious pairing to make, as both guys have incredible chins and brutal knockout power in both hands. The card itself will transpire at 1230 AM ET on Saturday, with the mains beginning at 330 AM ET.
The above videos show both men doing what they do best; knocking people silly. Nelson is bashing “Skyscraper” Stefan Struve back in 2010, and Hunt puts a solid beatdown on Chris Tuchscherer back in 2011. The super-slick walkaway KO of Tuchscherer speaks volumes about Hunt, and I’m actually pretty excited for the main event this weekend.
