UFC 188 Embedded Episode 2
UFC 188 fight week is upon us, and the MMA (mixed martial arts) community waits in anticipation of the heavyweight headliner that approaches. Cain Velasquez will return after a year and a half away from the sport, facing interim champ Fabricio Werdum this weekend (Saturday June 13th, 2015). ”Vai Cavalo’ has bossed the division with five straight wins, defeating Mark Hunt at UFC 180 for the junior title.
The latest edition of UFC 188 Embedded is out, and in the second instalment we get to see more of the heavyweight champions and their preparation for the Mexico City stand off. The Brazilian accuses the Mexican champion of stalling for their fight, claiming that his surgery wasn’t required straight away, and that his busted knee could’ve waited.
Velasquez himself has a lot less talking to do, and lets his fists and knees do the talking while working out hard with Javier Mendez. The AKA (American Kickboxing Academy) coach says his stable’s staple looks in fantastic shape. Appearances by Kelvin Gastelum and Tecia Torres also highlight the episode.
