UFC 183 Post-Fight Press Conference

ufc 183 post fight press conference

It’s going to be a big night of action from Las Vegas, Nevada tonight (Saturday January 31st, 2015) as former middleweight kingpin Anderson Silva takes on former Strikeforce 170-pound boss Nick Diaz. The co-main event is a pivotal welterweight battle between top 10 staple Tyron Woodley, and surging TUF winner/chubby guy Kelvin Gastelum.

Joe Lauzon and Al Iaquinta will do battle at 155 pounds, as the Serra Longo product looks to continue “Raging” against a step-up opponent in “J-Lau”. Super-tough middleweight “Barbarian” Tim Boetsch returns to the octagon, as he looks to run through former middleweight title challenger Thales Leites.

Opening the main card is an interesting pairing of Brazilian striker Thiago Alves and gritty Strikeforce crossover Jordan Mein. Miesha Tate and Sara McMann top a stacked preliminary card on FOX, also featuring Ian McCall vs John Liniker, Ed Herman vs Derek Brunson and Rafael Natal vs Tom Watson.
