UFC 181 Embedded Episode 4: Pettis Admits To Small ‘Tweak’ In Leg

This afternoon (Fri., December 5, 2014) the UFC rolls on with the fourth episode of their UFC 181 Embedded Vlog Series.

Heading into tomorrow night’s pivotal lightweight championship bout against Gilbert Melendez, Anthony Pettis gets a chiropractic adjustment for some tightness in the back of his leg. “Showtime” throws a few kicks and admits that he felt a small tweak at the end of the motion, something that could definitely affect him against Melendez.

Pettis moves on to sign several of the Wheaties cereal boxes that bear his image, the first to feature a UFC fighter.

Meanwhile his opponent Gilbert Melendez gets in a workout at the UFC gym, proclaiming that he feels that he is just a normal man. He focuses on the fact that he doesn’t wear gold chains or try to run off the cage like his flashy counterpart before visualizing what it will be like to be UFC champion.
