UFC 170 Stare Downs: Daniel Cormier Gets Physical

UFC 170’s competitors joined President Dana White in Las Vegas, Nevada last night at the pre-fight press conference. Ronda Rousey and Sara McMann, Daniel Cormier vs. Patrick Cummins, Rory MacDonald and Demian Maia, and some other guys help fill the once awesome card.

Rashad Evans dropped due to injury and Rafael dos Anjos was plucked from the card when Rustam Khalibov was injured too. Although the card itself has lost some strength, it seems that co-main fighter Daniel Cormier has retained his after his cut to 205 pounds.

The former heavyweight tank ‘DC’ squared off with Pat Cummins during their stare down, and made his feelings apparent with a rough shove. Comments from Cummins about Cormier’s mental state, and Olympic short falls seem to have touched a nerve.
