TUF 21 Finale Medical Suspensions Announced

After a so-so preliminary card, TUF 21 Finale’s main card delivered with five finishes. Following the event there were medical suspensions handed out.

Stephen Thompson hurt his right heel in the fight and will be out of action for 30-days, but his opponent in which he beat in the main event, Jake Ellenberger was suspended 45 days for lacerations with no contact for 30 days.

The Ultimate Fighter: American Top Team vs. Blackzilians Finale took place on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event aired on Fox Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.

Stephen Thompson: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally must have right heel injury cleared or suspended 185 days.

Jake Ellenberger: Suspended 45 days for lacerations with no contact for 30 days.

Hayder Hassan: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.

Kamaru Usman: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally must have rib and knee injury cleared or suspended 185 days.

Vicente Luque: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally must have right hand injury cleared or suspended 185 days.

Cezar Ferreira: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days.

Dominic Waters: Suspended 30 days for left eyebrow laceration with no contact for 21 days.

George Sullivan: Suspended 30 days for forehead laceration with no contact for 21 days.

Caio Magalhaes: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally must have nose injury cleared or suspended 185 days.

Michelle Waterson: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally must have right hand injury cleared or suspended 185 days.

Angela Magana: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.

Trevor Smith: Must have right hand injury cleared or suspended 185 days.
