Tim Sylvia: I can beat 80 percent of the guys in the UFC

Tim Sylvia has not fought in the UFC since February 2008. In that fight Sylvia lost to Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Shortly after the loss Sylvia left the UFC, opting to sign with Adrenaline MMA a promotion that Sylvia opined would allow him to fight more often and would allow him to compete with other promotions.

Adrenaline MMA held four cards in America, with the final card taking place in September 2009. Since leaving the UFC Sylvia has fought nine times, putting together a record of 6-3 with his last fight being a unanimous decision over Andreas Kraniotakes on the November 5, ProElite card.

Sylvia recently took to The Underground and posted a video of himself requesting the help of MMA fans to get him back to the promotion, while at the same time taking shots at some current and former UFC heavyweights.

So they have to put guys in like (Christian) Morecraft, Joey Beltran, Stefan Struve, the list goes on and on.  I don’t understand why any of these guys are in the UFC and to be frankly honest, I think I knock ‘em out in the first round…I can beat 80 percent of the guys in the UFC.

What do you think LowKick’ers, should Sylvia be brought back to the UFC and if so, who should he fight?
