Tai Tuivasa Runs Through Cyril Asker In Perth

Cyril Asker was no match for Tai Tuivasa.

Heavyweights did battle in the third main card bout of UFC 221. Home country favorite Tai Tuivasa took on Cyril Asker inside Perth Arena in Perth, Australia. Tuivasa went into the bout with a perfect 6-0 record.

Tuivasa pressured with strikes early. He had no trouble delivering strikes in the clinch. The two separated and Asker was hurt from a right hand. Tuivasa went on the attack.

He landed two elbows over the top. Asker somehow remained on his feet despite taking a series of shots. Another clean elbow was there and finally, Asker went down and the fight was stopped.
