Featherweight Bout Slated For UFC 196
UFC officials announced on Wednesday that Diego Rivas and Noad Lahat will meet in a featherweight bout at UFC 196.
Rivas is coming off a successful UFC debut after beating Rodolfo Rubio back at UFC Fight Night 56 on Nov. 8, 2014. He is an undefeated fighter with six straight wins.
Unlike Rivas lost in his UFC debut against Godofredo Pepey, but rebounded with decision wins over Steven Siler at UFC on FOX 12, and Niklas Backstrom at UFC Fight Night 69.

UFC 196 takes place on Saturday, February 6th, 2016 from Las Vegas, Nevada with the main card airing on pay-per-view and the prelims airing on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass. A venue for the event has not been announced.
