UFC 147: Attendance and Fighter bonuses from Belo Horizonte , Brazil

The attendance and post-fight bonuses have been announced for tonight’s UFC 147 from Estadio Jornalista Felipe Drumond in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Bonuses of $65,000 were awarded for Submission of the Night, Fight of the Night and Knockout of the Night to Rodrigo Damm, Rich Franklin, Wanderlei Silva and Marcos Vinicius. The total bonus payout for this event came to $260,000. These numbers do not represent any pay-per-view bonuses or victory bonuses.UFC officials gave the attendance as 16,643 at the post

UFC 147 Results Recap: Rich Franklin emerges victorious over Wanderlei Silva

UFC 147 is in the books from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Rich Franklin versus Wanderlei Silva delivered a good bout, although it may not have been what the Brazilian fans were rooting for.
The first round began with Wanderlei Silva landing a hard right followed by an exchange. Franklin grabbed a kick, then controlled the action against the cage by landing shots. In the second round Franklin continued to stalk his opponent. Wanderlei reversed the action and dropped Franklin, landing some ground-and-pound.

Bellator 71 Recap and Results: Brett Rogers is victorious in debut

This Friday night Bellator 71 took place at The Mountaineer Casino, Resort and Racetrack in Chester, West Virginia.
