Jonathan Chaimberg is considered one of the most respected strength and conditioning coaches in North America. He maybe young at the age of 32, but he has been training elite athletes and regular people for over ten years. UFC 129 was a historical event for the history of Mixed Martial Arts. Now with this recent news, what does that mean for the Strikeforce promotion? What does that mean for it’s most important asset, their fighters? Many of the fighters and personnel under the Strikeforce banner have had a past with the UFC and ZUFFA.
