NSAC responds to prior claim made by Nick Diaz

Last week news broke that the legal team of Nick Diaz had filed a lawsuit against the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Stemming from his pending suspension after a failed UFC 143 drug test, the suit relies on the basis that Diaz was denied his right to due process after not being granted a hearing within the allotted 45 days of his suspension. Ian McCall versus Demetrious Johnson rematch set

Had an error not been made, the UFC would have been scheduling their first Flyweight title fight. Instead, they are in a spot where they are booking a rematch between Ian McCall and Demetrious Johnson.
McCall and Johnson will meet on June 8 on the UFC on FX 3 fight card. As of now the event does not have a location, that will be determined by the UFC’s “Hometown Throwdown” contest that is being run in conjunction with Harley Davidson.

Dana White: Not a fan of a proposed half point scoring system

One thing that almost everyone in MMA can agree on is the fact that the refereeing and judging leaves a lot to be desired.
