News has arisen today that former Light Heavyweight champion Rashad Evans was offered the fight, but ultimately declined it. UFC.com has released the first official video preview for the upcoming UFC 15, set to feature Anderson Silva vs. Stephan Bonnar from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
