Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen will coach TUF; Title fight set for April of next year

Apparently, even if Dana White could have gotten Anderson Silva to say ‘yes’ to a superfight with Jon Jones, that fight would have had to wait for quite some time anyhow. Breaking news comes that Jones will act as coach on the next season of The Ultimate Fighter, and will be pitted against former Middleweight title challenger and trash-talk specialist Chael Sonnen. The two were almost on their way to a UFC 151-saving bout on September 1st before the now-infamous incident of Jones turning down the fight.

Stephan Bonnar: I really think this is all meant to be

UFC Light Heavyweight doesn’t care what all the critics think about his thrown-together bout with Anderson Silva at UFC 153. He’s thankful for a chance to fight a legend, and have a shot at what some may deem the biggest upset in the history of the sport. Next weekend, he’ll be glad to stand and trade with Silva, and he believes that this may be his time to shine in a big way:
“This is like the culmination of it all. I really think it’s all meant to be, it’s perfect it really is. It feels like

Michael Bisping: I’ll fight Chris Weidman if I have to

UFC Middleweight contender Michael Bisping is no stranger to running his mouth, and with a win over Brian Stann at UFC 152 it appears that he will calling for his long-awaited title shot. Bisping has been in the discussion for the next crack at champion Anderson Silva’s belt for some time, but many believe that undefeated contender Chris Weidman is the next man to challenge him. Still, Bisping has much more experience and believes he should be next in line for the title shot. However, Bisping is willing to

Video: UFC 153 First Official Preview

UFC.com has released the first official video preview for the upcoming UFC 15, set to feature Anderson Silva vs. Stephan Bonnar from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In other action, Big Nog will take on Dave Herman in his first returning bout since injuring his arm grotesquely in a loss to Frank Mir last December. Do you think that UFC 153

Matt Serra: I believe Chris Weidman will be champion

Former UFC Welterweight titleholder Matt Serra recently came to the defense of his young student Chris Weidman. Hot on the heels of his brutal TKO over Mark Munoz, Weidman has since taken is new-found spotlight to call out longtime champ Anderson Silva. He is one of several Middleweights making a case to fight the long-reigning champion, joining Michael Bisping and Tim Boetsch among others. Does Dan Henderson become the GOAT with a victory over Jon Jones?

With UFC title challenger Dan Henderson recently stating that he does not care about the effect a win over Jon Jones would have on his legacy, the question of him being the best ever has to be brought up. Should Henderson gain UFC gold by defeating Jon Jones at UFC 151, his name should at least be put into the mix alongside Anderson Silva and Fedor Emelianenko. This is a touchy conversation, so let’s take a look at both the reasons why and why not.
First of all, if he does beat the dominant champion Jones,

Frankie Edgar: 155 Reasons In Defeat Video

In the first episode of Gaspari Nutrition’s Frankie Edgar:155 Reasons series, the former Lightweight champion’s coaches praise Edgar’s competitive nature and tenacity. His boxing coach explains that Ben Henderson cuts weight to roll BJJ at 180, and cuts a ton to fight at 155 lbs. Because Edgar walks around at 155 lbs., this makes his UFC 150 title fight comparable to Henderson fighting Anderson Silva. Edgar is humble and shows respect for his opponent while retaining his razor-sharp focus on the goal of

Chael Sonnen was quick to respond on FUEL TV’s UFC Tonight, and running true to form, he fired right back at Rampage. He did it in Sonnen style with a classic setup: “‘Rampage’ has one fight left it is not against me. I give you this answer because
