Mauricio Rua won’t retire until he gets a rematch with Rampage Jackson

Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson first met in the opening round of the 2005 PRIDE Middleweight Grand Prix. The fight was dominated by Rua’s outstanding striking, with Rua earning the TKO at the 4:47 mark of the first round.
Rua would go on to with the Grand Prix that year defeating Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Alistair Overeem and Ricardo Arona on his way to that championship.

UFC 141 Medical Suspensions: Four fighters out up to six months

UFC 141 took place on Friday, December 30. Of the 20 fighters that participated in the ten fights that took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, twelve of them were handed medical suspensions.
Of those suspended Brock Lesnar, Nate Diaz, Vladimir Matyushenko and Manny Gamburyan could face the longest time away from the Octagon.
Brock Lesnar has been suspended until June 28 due to an abdominal injury can be cleared early by a doctor.

According to Compustrike, the fight between Alistair Overeem and Fabricio Werdum could be a very close affair. Compustrike averages show that both men show that both men throw similiar amounts of strikes, with Overeem having a slight advantage.
