Gouti nailed Northcutt with a punch, but he was lifted off the canvas. Northcutt had side control. He landed some elbows. Gouti got back to his feet. Northcutt was dropped by a punch. Gouti went for a choke, but couldn’t get it. Northcutt landed a knee to the body on the break. Gouti avoided a takedown near the end of the round.

The second round was underway and Gouti landed a left hook. A big right hand was there for Gouti. Northcutt made his way back on his feet. The action was broken up and the fighters returned to the center of the Octagon. Northcutt threw out body kicks and punches. Gouti was breathing heavy. “Super” went for a spinning back kick to end the round.

Northcutt fought from the bottom, but Gouti maintained control. The action was broken up. Northcutt went on the attack with leg kicks. He shoved his opponent against the fence. A right elbow was there for Northcutt. He landed a knee to the body. He couldn’t get the takedown. The round ended with both men going for Hail Mary kicks.
