Robert Whittaker vs. Derek Brunson Full Fight Video Highlights

In the main event of the UFC’s Fight Night 101 from Melbourne, Australia last night (Saturday November 26, 2017), the Australian crowd really got their money’s worth in the show’s featured bout.

The main event of the evening featured native Australian Robert Whittaker who took on the surging knockout artist Derek Brunson, in a clash of two of the best 185-pound prospects that the UFC has to offer.

The first round started off with a bang as Brunson swarmed the Australian with his usual high-powered offense, dazing Whittaker a number of times as he staggered across the Octagon in attempt to distance himself and regroup from the nasty blows.

Whittaker was able to regain his wits and land a massive counter punch that put Brunson out on his feet, and the Australian was able to finish his opponent on the ground with strikes before the referee waved it off and the Rod Laver Arena erupted.
