Rin Nakai: Tate Is Beautiful And Sexy

Japanese fighter Rin Nakai is set to make her UFC debut this weekend when she meets former Strikeforce champion Miesha Tate on the main card of UFC Fight Night 52: Hunt vs. Nelson.

Nakai has some pretty impressive accolades coming into her Octagon debut, being the Queen of Pancrase and Valyrie open-weight title holder. However, in a recent interview with MMA veteran Roxanne Modafferi for MMASucka.com the 28-revealed that her bout with “Cupcake” is her biggest test so far:

This is the biggest challenge of my life!” Nakai said. “It’s overwhelming, but I’ll do my best.”

When asked what she thinks of her opponent on Saturday, Nakai was quite complimentary.

She’s beautiful and sexy,” she replied.

If she’s victorious against Tate this weekend, Nakai will be shot into straight into title contention in the bantamweight division. But, she has her eyes set on taking a break regardless of the outcome after training for so long.

After this, my goals are just to contribute to society somehow,” Rin said. “I don’t do any other job right now except training,” she said. “I love animals and nature, and also going shopping. But for as long as I can remember, I haven’t done much besides training, besides things that will make me stronger. I would love to travel the world, going around visiting training facilities and MMA gyms.”

UFC Fight Night 52 takes place this weekend at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan. The full event is available to watch on UFC Fight Pass.
