Its been a long time coming , but it appears that Middleweight Strikeforce Champion Jake Shields exit from the organization is official since Wednesday June 30, and his move to the UFC could happend any day now.

TUF 10 Finalist Brendan Schuab wasnt invited to the UFC 116 open workout but that didnt stop him from coming to support his fellow teammate Shane Carwin.

Last week filming of TUF 12 began with coaches George St Pierre and Number contender Josh Koscheck. The two film face each other once again at the end of the show which should be sometime in late December.

Following his contreversial loss to Matt Hammil Keith Jardine was realesed from the UFC. Although many would be upset he accepts this with a smile on his face.
