Alistair Overeem’s Testosterone levels at 14:1, more than double NSAC limit

It was revealed earlier today that Alistair Overeem’s failed pre-UFC 146 drug screen revealed his Testosterone/Epitestosterone levels to be at a ratio of 14:1, whereas a normal man would possess a ratio of 1:1. These results were stated by Keith Kizer, commissioner of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Dana White: Brock Lesnar said he retired because Alistair Overeem was that much better than him

Speaking via “The Jim Rome Show,” UFC President Dana White discusses the short-lived career, and subsequent retirement, of former Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. White reveals details of his post-UFC 141 conversation with Lesnar, and says that, while it was “fun” having him around, he does not expect the former WWE star to make a return to MMA.

Could Brock Lesnar’s victory over Alistair Overeem make him one of the greatest Heavyweights ever?

Brock Lesnar has had a funny UFC career, not “ha ha” funny, but more scratch your head and wonder funny.  He started his MMA career  with a win over the then 2-5 Min Soo Kim and apparently that was enough to warrant a UFC contract and a shot against a former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Frank Mir. It’s almost as if the UFC were saying “all right, you think you can just come in here and be an ‘ultimate fighter,’ let’s see what you got.”
