Jon Delos Reyes (8-5) and Neil Seery (16-11) opened the main card of UFC Fight Night 76 in Dublin. Reyes hoped to earn his second straight victory, while Seery was looking to rebound from a decision loss to Louis Smolka back in July 2015.

In the end, it was “2 Tap” who walked out of 3Arena with a victory.

Reyes swung early and caught air, while Seery landed an overhand right followed by a low kick. They exchanged punches with Seery getting the upper hand. Reyes connected with a knee to the body. Reyes was able to get his opponent on his back. Seery took another knee to the body as he got back up. “2 Tap” took “The Heat” down and landed some elbows. The round ended with Seery landing a thudding leg kick.

Round two began and “2 Tap” continued to get the better of the exchanges. Reyes tried to up his output with leg kicks, but he wound up in a guillotine off a takedown attempt. “The Heat” was able to slip out and take the back of Seery. “2 Tap” escaped and took down Reyes. They separated and swung at each other wildly. Seery whiffed a hook and Reyes went for a takedown, but was trapped in a guillotine again.

This time, there was no escape and “2 Tap” picked up his third win in his last four fights.
