Nate Diaz Has A Message For Johny Hendricks After UFC 171

The notorious Diaz brothers are never far from the headlines in MMA news; their trash talking and in/out of cage antics is well publicised, and often becomes more frequent around event time. UFC 171 is no exception to that trend, and Nate Diaz has targeted the welterweight competitors from last night’s blockbuster event.

Older brother Nick Diaz is constantly teasing his return to MMA, but after losing back-to-back fights to Georges St-Pierre and Carlos Condit, UFC president Dana White is not jumping on the idea. This didn’t stop the younger of the Diaz duo from taking to Twitter and once again trolling fools:

If Nick were to get a high level fight on his return, the general consensus is that he probably shouldn’t get an immediate title shot. Although he is great for ticket sales, a return fight against Johny Hendricks would once again make a mockery of the rankings.

Perhaps a rematch with Condit would be a better fight to get Diaz back in action, especially considering how butt hurt angry he was at ‘The Natural Born Killer’. The two fought at UFC 143 and Diaz accused Condit of running from him for five rounds. ‘NBK’ won the interim title that night, but Diaz would fight GSP after he returned from injury to unify the belts. Lesson learned; anything can happen when Nick Diaz is involved. Watch this space.
