The next big pay-per-view event is just around the corner, as UFC 199 looms for June 4, 2016. The promotion returns for the fifth time to Los Angeles County, and The Forum in Inglewood is the host venue for the action packed card. After Chris Weidman withdrew from his headline title rematch with Luke Rockhold due to injury, another rematch was booked for the main event. After upsetting Anderson Silva in London this past February, long time middleweight standout Michael Bisping finally got a title shot.

The first fight with ‘Rocky’ went pretty badly for ‘The Count,’ as Rockhold wobbled him with a kick and finished the fight on the mat. That was last November in Sydney, and since that time Bisping has won three straight and looked great against ‘The Spider.’

So Bisping took to Instagram this weekend, posting a picture with his son and pet dog, and he is looking very ripped for a guy taking a fight on two weeks notice. No insinuation implied, he looks JACKED, and fair play to him:

Cruz Faber

Urijah Faber will take on Dominick Cruz for ‘The Dominator’s’ bantamweight title in the UFC 199 co-main event. It will mark the third time that Cruz and Faber have danced, with Faber taking their 2007 WEC encounter and Cruz winning the decision at UFC 132. With his run of hard luck in UFC title fights, it’s looks like ‘The California Kid’ has whipped himself in to amazing shape for UFC 199.

And how about this video of Faber blasting the pads at Team Alpha Male, does he have the footwork and precision to overcome the master of movement, Dominick Cruz?
