Joanna Jedrzejczyk (11-0) is coming off a win over Valerie Letourneau (8-4) in a women’s strawweight title bout in the co-main event of UFC 193. Following the fight, which she dominated and won by unanimous decision, Jedrzejczyk said that she thinks she broke her hand.

“Who’s next? I don’t know. Probably my hand is broken again,” Jedrzejczyk said at the post-fight press conference. “I must go to the hospital, so from here I need to take a few more months off. I will see. It’s Dana’s decision. I’m gonna fight with everyone anytime, anywhere.”

Jedrzejczyk previously suffered a fractured right thumb in her fight against Jessica Penne at UFC Fight Night in Berlin this past June.

Jedrzejczyk is currently undefeated and in her last six bouts, she has finished three of them by knockout. She mentioned that in her fight at UFC 193, she just wanted to take it easy and did what she needed to do to win the fight, which is exactly what she did.

“I just wanted to take it easy. I knew that Valerie was kind of tough,” Jedrzejczyk said. “I was not in a hurry. I just did my job; that’s all.”

“I became a UFC fighter 15 months ago and became a champion so quickly,” she said during an interview on Fox Sports 1. “Now I’ve defended my title two times. I’m very happy they gave me this chance. I’m so happy.”

UFC 193 took place on November 14, 2015 (in the U.S) from Melbourne, Australia at Etihad Stadium.
