Jason Miller: A behind the scenes look at the man known as "Mayhem"

Documentary director Morgan Spurlock, best known for “Super Size Me” recently launched a project with Hulu. That project, entitled “A Day in the Life” follows one individual around for 24 hours. The debut episode featured Virgin founder Richard Branson. For his latest episode, he spent the day with UFC fighter Jason “Mayhem” Miller.

The short film is a look at what makes Miller tick.  While the film may come across as a bit dated as it was recorded as he prepared for his bout against Michael Bisping, it’s a look at the behind the scenes things that a fighter goes through as he prepares for a big fight.

The film is also refreshing in that we get to see a fairly reserved side to Miller, one that he does not expose all that often.
