Invicta Fighting Championships: All-Female IFC2 Results

Invicta Fighting Championships returned to Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas, last night; bringing with it the up-and-coming stars of female MMA. The event streamed live at InvictaFC.com, and featured former Olympian Sara McMann, who defeated Shayna Baszler in the main event of the evening.

Other wins included Strikeforce veterans Alexis Davis and Liz Carmouche, who respectively submitted Hitomi Akano and Kaitlin Young, respectively. At least three of the women fighting have been seen by this writer at local amateur events in Reno, Nevada and Northern California in the past.
