Invicta FC 13 Card Finalized For July 9 In Las Vegas
Three title bouts will take place on July 9 at The Chelsea at Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas for Invicta FC 13. The event will be part of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) International Fight Week.
Invicta Fighting Championships confirmed the finalized card on their website. The main event will feature featherweight champion Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino (13-1, 1 NC) defending her belt against Faith Van Duin (5-1). The co-main event will crown a new bantamweight title holder. Tonya Evinger (15-5) will meet Irene Aldana (5-1) for the 135-pound title that Lauren Murphy left behind.
The first title bout of the evening will be for the atomweight championship. Brazil’s Herica Tiburcio (9-2) will put her title on the line when she does battle with Japan’s Ayaka Hamasaki (11-1). Below is the final card for Invicta FC 13:
