Highlights: Women’s Bantamweight KO Kicks Off UFC 235

Tonight’s (Sat., March 2, 2019) UFC 235 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, is the biggest PPV of the young year. And for good reason. The card features two title fights and a host of other pivotal matches. So it was only fitting that a women’s bantamweight KO kicked off the event.

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) contract winner Macy Chiasson met Gina Mazany on the second Fight Pass-aired preliminary card bout. She won TUF as a featherweight, but Chiasson cut down to women’s bantamweight and started off right.

Nailing Mazany with a huge flurry of hooks, Chiasson dropped her rival and followed up for a first-round finish on the canvas. Check it out right here:
