Highlights: Touted Prospect Debuts With Huge TKO At UFC 221
After reeling off 11 consecutive finishes in New Zealand, China, and Australia, surging prospect Israel Adesanya made his Octagon debut against homeland fighter Rob Wilkinson on the preliminary card of tonight’s (Sat., February 10, 2018) UFC 221 from the Perth Arena in Perth, Australia.
“The Last Stylebender” showed where all of the hype was coming without much waiting for the fans, putting the pressure on Wilkinson with a vicious second-round flurry of pinpoint punches and knees that had Wilkinson taking huge damage.
