Welterweight sluggers Abdul Razak Alhassan and Sabah Homasi had a bitter score to settle on the prelims of tonight’s (Sat., Jan. 20, 2018) UFC 220 from Boston when their first match at December’s UFC 218 ended in controversial fashion after referee Herb Dean prematurely called it off in favor of Alhassan by TKO in the first round.

Not surprisingly the fighters were intent on throwing down early and often in the immediate rematch from ‘Beantown’ as a brawl erupted. It was Alhassan who ultimately got the last laugh and came out on top in the rivalry, however, scoring a highlight reel finish in the first round with a picturesque left uppercut and standing over his fallen foe for a brutal scene.
