UFC Fight Night 36: Machida vs. Mousasi Finalized With Seven Fight Pass Prelim Bouts

UFC Fight Night 36 is on the way in February, set to be headlined by former UFC Light-Heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida vs. Gegard Mousasi at Middleweight. Mousasi has long been considered one of the best outside of the UFC, and his successful debut for the company was somewhat dampened when Alexander Gustafsson had to withdraw, meaning that last minute replacement Ilir Latifi was fed to the hungry ‘Dreamcatcher’.

Machida is fresh off an impressive debut of his own; a Middleweight starter against Mark Munoz that ‘The Dragon’ won by first round knockout via head kick. The two will collide in Jaragua do Sul, Brazil, and the fight card has now been finalized.
