It’s becoming undeniable that Nate Diaz is one of the biggest stars in the sport of MMA and that fact has been confirmed by legendary rapper Eminem who gave the Stockton, California native a shoutout in his latest track.

Eminem featured on a song called Gospel by Dr. Dre. During his verse, Slim Shady makes special mention of the UFC fighter by saying, “Nate Diaz got the world by the tracheas, in a chokehold and a sleeper.”

Diaz will surely be excited by this as he is a big Eminem fan. The 36-year-old walked out to Silm Shady’s ‘The Way I Am’ when he fought Jorge Masvidal for the BMF title at UFC 244.

Nate Diaz Has One Fight Left On His UFC Contract

The MMA icon could soon be one of the biggest free agents in MMA history. Diaz has just one fight left on his UFC contract and has shown no interest in re-signing with the promotion.

Diaz is hoping to complete his contract in January in a fight with Dustin Poirier who is fresh off a lightweight title loss. Once he becomes a free agent Diaz can look forward to huge paydays, potentially in other sports – he is towards the top of Jake Paul’s list of desirable opponents.
