Donald Cerrone vs. Jorge Masvidal Set For UFC on FOX 23

It’s no secret that Donald Cerrone (32-7, 1 NC) always looks for a good fight. After scoring a highlight reel knockout against Matt Brown at UFC 206, “Cowboy” sent out a challenge to any welterweight who wanted to throw leather on Jan. 28, 2017.
The two 170-pound warriors agreed to fight each other and they’ll get their wish. MMAFighting.com reports that Cerrone and Jorge Masvidal (31-11) will meet inside the Octagon for UFC on FOX 23 at the Pepsi Center in Denver.
Cerrone is a perfect 4-0 in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) welterweight division. Masvidal has won two straight including a TKO win over Jake Ellenberger.
