Set for his sophomore boxing outing this weekend, UFC veteran, Darren Till has maintained he has no real interest or excitement to promote his catchweight clash with BAMMA and Bellator MMA alum, Anthony Taylor — claiming when it comes to his boxing ability, the Berkeley native is “f*cking sh*t.

Till, a former undisputed welterweight title challenger during his tenure inside the Octagon, will make his second outing in the squared circle this weekend under the MisFitsxDAZN banner — competing against short-notice replacement, Taylor — who steps up in place of Manchester native, former Love Island star, Tommy Fury.

“Do you want me to be totally honest?” Darren Till asked Anthony Taylor during a recent interview. “I actually like you, but I’m not excited for this fight with you because you’re sh*t. I’m just going to beat you. You’re just sh*t. I’m sorry to be disrespectful, but you’re really, really sh*t. You fall over your feet, you wing punches. I don’t actually think you realize what you’re getting into with me. So I’m just not even going to talk, I’m just going to beat you. I respect you, and then I’m just going to move on because you’re really sh*t. I promise you, you’re sh*t.”

Darren Till once more mocks Anthony Taylor’s boxing accumen

And failing to keep a straight face during their presser-ending pre-fight face-off this evening in Manchester, Till once more hit out at Taylor’s boxing and striking ability — or lack thereof in his opinion.

“He’s f*cking sh*t,” Darren Till said during the press event.

Exiting the Octagon back in 2022 in the midst of a three-fight losing run, Till most recently took on incumbent middleweight kingpin, Dricus du Plessis in a main card clash, dropping an eventual third round face crank submission defeat to the South African.
