Report - Clay Guida's 18-Year Run with the UFC Has Come to an End

It’s the end of an era following a report that UFC mainstay Clay Guida is no longer part of the promotion’s active roster.

According to @UFCRosterWatch on X, ‘The Carpenter’ has been removed from the UFC roster, bringing his nearly two-decade-long run with the organization to an end.

Guida’s last appearance inside the Octagon came against Chase Hooper at UFC 310 in December.

If this truly is the end, Guida will close out his UFC run with an 18-19 record. Along the way, he squared off with some of the biggest names in lightweight history, including Nate Diaz, Diego Sanchez, Benson Henderson, Gray Maynard, Chad Mendes, Charles Oliveira, and BJ Penn.

Since then, ‘The Carpenter’ hasn’t won more than two fights in a row and ends his tenure his a trio of losses in his last three outings.
