UFC Fighter Bryce Mitchell Claims Horrific Sandy Hook School Shooting in 2012 Never Happened

Bryce Mitchell is back at it.

Fresh off his big win over Kron Gracie at UFC 310 in December, ‘Thug Nasty’ made an appearance on Jake Shields’ podcast where the two gushed like high-school girls over their shared love for crazy right-wing conspiracy theories.

During their mind-numbing conversation, the two discussed the ongoing pandemic of school shootings that have continued to plague U.S. schools. While Shields placed a majority of the blame on young mentally unstable individuals, Mitchell took things a step further, suggesting that the U.S. government is involved in manufacturing school shootings and that the horrific incident at Sandy Hook Elementary more than a decade ago never actually took place.

“Yes, absolutely. It’s definitely demonic. I think there’s a little bit of government involvement,” Mitchell said. “I mean, government hiring some of these shooters. [CIA project] MKUltra type sh*t and actually paying them off but using MKUltra tactics to convince them that this is the right thing and they’re a hero. Then there’s instances like Sandy Hook where it’s completely made up. And the sh*t never happened.”

Shields was quick to cut off Mitchell, letting him know they would need to edit out his beyond-ignorant comments about Sandy Hook if they hoped to keep the video on YouTube.

Of course, that didn’t stop Mitchell from doubling down on his statement.

“Yeah, you can’t question Sandy Hook Shootings because it didn’t happen,” Mitchell added. “Bro, what they said happened didn’t happen. So some of these aren’t actually happening, like they say they are. But a lot of them, they’re grooming these shooters, bro. Through all types of tactics, bro. Drugs being one of them.”

On December 14, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lanza, shot and killed 26 people, including 20 children and six adults, inside the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut. To this day, it remains the deadliest mass shoot in the state’s history and the deadliest at an elementary school in U.S. history.

Bryce Mitchell Echoes Alex Jones’ ignorant comments on Sandy hook massacre

Alex Jones, a conspiracy theorist and former host of Info Wars, repeatedly said on his show that the shooting never happened and was staged in an effort to tighten gun laws. Relatives of many of the victims sued Jones over his comments and won nearly $1.5 billion in judgments against him.

The families have since offered to accept a settlement of $85 million to be paid out over the course of 10 years, plus 50% of any income he earns over $9 million per year.

Jones is appealing the judgments, claiming he didn’t get a fair trial and that his speech is protected by the First Amendment.
