Was Bianca Belair involved in Naomi’s attack on Jade Cargill?

Bianca Belair

So, by all accounts, Naomi was the one who attacked Jade Cargill a few months back and put her on the shelf – but did Bianca Belair have anything to do with it?

In the opening match of the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, Bianca Belair booked her ticket to WrestleMania 41 where she will face either Rhea Ripley or Iyo Sky for the world title. However, the real talking point came at the start of the match when Jade Cargill returned from injury and assaulted Naomi.

Many had been speculating over the possibility of Naomi, or Bianca Belair, being the one who attacked Cargill in the first place. Based on her reaction, that’s absolutely what happened – and it’s not too much of a stretch to think that Bianca was in on it.

Bianca Belair’s reaction

Bianca Belair was horrified to see what was unfolding before her very eyes. Of course, if she had “no idea” about Naomi seemingly being the one to take Jade out, that would make sense. In equal measure, wouldn’t it also be quite fair to assume she was in on it?

Look at the facts here. Jade Cargill came into the WWE and immediately became a huge star. Some would even argue that she was outshining Belair during their time as a tag team. In a world where ego is everything, maybe Bianca thought that she’d be better off taking Cargill out of the picture, replacing her with a worthy partner in the form of Naomi.

Honestly, we hope this is the direction they go in. In addition to it making a whole lot of sense, Belair should be given the chance to prove she can thrive as a heel. There are some question marks over whether or not the story playing out this way would overshadow Ripley or Sky, but we trust HHH to make it work.
