After Wright’s career ended, he was deservingly inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2018.

He won every major championship from the unified WBA titles, WBC, IBF, Ring, and IBO light heavyweight and cruiserweight titles. In route to winning these numerous world titles, Tarver beat everyone from Glenn Johnson, Reggie Johnson, and Danny Green.

Keith Thurman

One of the current best boxers from Florida is multi-time champion Keith “One Time” Thurman. The Florida native is one of the era’s best welterweights of the current era, who was a unified champion

Thurman held the unified WBA title for four years from 2015 to 2019. During this time, Keith beat everyone from Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, Luis Collazo, and Roberto Guerrero.
