Bellator 230 & Milan Results: Vadim Nemkov Taps Rafael Carvalho
On Saturday, Bellator made its debut in Milan with a pair of events.
Bellator Milan was headlined by a light heavyweight bout between Melvin Manhoef and Yannick Bahati. And the former kickboxer was able to make it two wins in a row with a knockout early into the first round.
Bellator 230 took place afterward and was headlined by a light heavyweight bout between former middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho and Vadim Nemkov. The Russian made it five wins in a row under the Bellator banner with a second-round submission win.
Carvalho — who was making his 205 debut — suffered his third loss in his last four outings as a result.
