Bellator 137 Results & Highlights: Halsey Smashes Grove By TKO
Bellator 137 went down last night (Friday May 15th, 2015) with the middleweight title no longer on the line in the main event. Brandon Hasley missed weight by three pounds, and was subsequently stripped of the 185-pound title by the promotion.
The fight against UFC veteran Kendall Grove still went on as planned, with Halsey earning a dominant TKO win. Grove was unable to stop the takedowns or stifle any of Halsey’s striking attacks, eventually getting finished in round four.
Mike Richman and Eduardo Dantas did fight in the end, but it wasn’t quite the fight it was cracked up to be, Danats took a humdrum decision. There were some pretty decent finishes throughout the card, which you can check out in GIF form below:
