Alistair Overeem talks JDS, says the fight "will all come down to strategy"

Top Heavyweight contender Alistair Overeem, who will challenge Junior dos Santos for the division title at UFC 146, discusses his opponent, as well as his expectations for the bout.  Overeem explains that because he and dos Santos are evenly matched, he expects strategy to play a key role in the match-up, and says his experience will likely give him an advantage over the champ.

Alistair Overeem

“I think we’re kind of even. It will all come down to strategy, and maybe the ground will also be a factor in this fight. I’ve had more fights than Junior dos Santos, and I’ve seen more different styles of opponents. So, I do think that experience is on my side. I do feel that I am going into this fight with an advantage. … It feels like we’re going to make history. I basically have three other belts from three other organizations. Not small organizations, but big organizations – televised organizations. This one would definitely be the crown of my achievements.”
